Confirmation of Vacation Visit...
Pawsitively Purr-fet Pet Sitting will make a confirmation call or e-mail no fewer than two days before each departure in order to verify that all information (dates, contact numbers, etc.) are still correct. Since phone mail messages or emails are not 100% reliable, please make sure we speak personally or your e-mail is acknowledged by Pawsitively Purr-fect. Please do not depart town without this. This is to ensure your pet's needs are carried out as intended. This is not required for weekly clients since we touch base often.

Identity Tag:
Pawsitively Purr-fect requires that any pet that goes outside or has access to the outdoors has a collar on with an identity tag with the pet owner's current contact info. Leashes All dogs will be required to be on leash during outdoor walks. Fences: While we think it is great for your pet to have an area to romp around outside, No fence system is totally secure for your pet's safety. Pawsitively Purr-fect Pet Sitting does not accept responsibility or liability for any client's pets that escape, are injured or become lost, fatal or otherwise, when pets are left out or given access to a fenced in area.

Access to your Home by Others:
If the customer allows any other person(s) access to their home during Pawsitively Purr-fect's contract period, we will not be held liable for any damages to property or pets as a result. Please notify Pawsitively Purr-fect Pet Sitting if someone will be in your home. Please also notify the person(s) in your home that Pawsitively Purr-fect Pet Sitting is coming so that your visitor, as well, is not surprised by our entrance.

Fences:

pets are left out or given access to a fenced in area.


Pet and house clean-up:
Pawsitivley Purr-fect Pet Sitting will properly dispose of pet waste and do
our best to clean up any accidents your pet may have. Pawsitively Purr-fect Pet Sitting is not responsible for carpet/flooring stains created by your pet(s).

Unforeseen purchases:
Any additional necessary costs such as food, litter, cleaning
supplies or other necessary items that contribute to the health and well being of your pet will be purchased by Pawsitively Purr-fect. We will
retain a receipt and the customer will be responsible for reimbursement of these items.

Keys:
I require having two set of keys, this way if there is ever an emergency with your primary pet sitter then another pet sitter will have access to your pets.
Keys are kept in a secured lock system and are coded for client's confidentiality. Please check the key you provide to ensure that it works.

Note: We specialize in the neighborhoods of Little Five Points, Edgewood, East Atlanta, Inman Park, Candler Park and Virginia Highlands. We can serve almost all areas inside of the perimeter though - just give us a call at 404-680-5242 with any questions!
